Derrick Gainey has been in the real estate business since 1999. Practically all of that time has been dedicated to property management services. Before 1999 he traveled and worked locally in the construction industry and invested in his own rental properties. Having a background in construction and maintenance has saved his rental clients money time after time.

Derrick has worked closely with some of the most reputable real estate businessmen in the area and continues to keep close relationships with them.

Membership of the local and National Association of Realtors and more importantly, the local and National Association of Residential Property Managers keeps him on the ball, and ahead of the curve. Derrick is currently serving a third term as President for the Pensacola chapter of NARPM and as Property Management Liason for the Pensacola Association of Realtors.

CPM is run strictly for the purpose of long term residential and commercial rentals as well as home owners associations (HOA's). We do not handle buyers and sellers. This keeps the focus on current clients, and does not water down the property management service.
