We have a very detailed application process to make sure that the people leasing from us are top quality. Obviously that gives the property owners peace of mind, but what does that mean for the tenant? It means that each tenant is given the highest respect and is dealt with on a personal basis. The tenant is always treated fairly and honestly. We expect timely payments, therefore you should expect timely replies on items such as repairs, lease questions and extensions, and general living conditions. Good tenants are hard to come by.
